Shipping policy

We package and ship all items in a timely manner (1 to 2 business days)                                Once the item is dropped off to the carrier it is their responsibility to deliver the package on time.

Should you have any questions or concerns regarding your package, please contact the Carrier with the tracking number provided to you in the shipping confirmation.

Any purchases made from US Auto Seat Cover will be shipped within 1-2 Business days to the address marked on the order.

*US Auto Seat Cover will not be held responsible for any Lost or Stolen packages.

ALL SHIPPING COST WOULD BE CALCULATED AT THE TIME OF CHECKOUT.

Return for refund:

All refund requests will be accepted up to 30 days from date of purchase.

After 30 days: A 20% Restocking fee* will be applied to the purchase price.

Customer will be responsible for shipping costs.

 

Note: All returned items must arrive at our facility for inspection before refunding.

 Item must be in same condition as originally shipped from facility.

Free Exchanges up to 30 days from Date of Purchase

After 30 days: Contact us for availability; Customer will be responsible for shipping costs.

Note: All returned items must arrive at our facility for inspection before shipping the exchange.

*NO EXCHANGES WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER ONE YEAR.

Safety Device Notice

All original Safety devices must be transferred and reassembled on to the new replacement cover by a Certified Professional Upholstery installer.

*US Auto Seat Cover will not be held liable for any faulty safety devices before or after installation.

 

Purchased or received the wrong item?

Please do NOT install the item, inspect it and call us first.

If the item is installed, you will have to remove it and send it back to us.

We will not send out any new items until after the original shipment has been returned and inspected.

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to report and return any incorrect items.

Exchanges up to 30 days are FREE, after 30 days If approved it will be the buyers responsibility to pay any shipping or customs fees.

International return shipping costs will be the buyers responsibility.
